Clarke Rahrig, an Electrical and Computer Engineering major, is an active participant in the Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin as a student and entrepreneur. He is a Student Assistant and Web Master for the Engineering Student Life Office, an office that oversees the 70+ engineering student organizations on campus. Along with this roll he is the President of the Student Engineering Council, an umbrella student organization that encompasses all other engineering student organizations.
Outside of school and classes Clarke is always working on a project. Currently he is working on alparka an online parking marketplace designed to solve the overcrowding of parking lots during Longhorn football games. Previously he worked as an API & Backend Developer on another project called beDJ. beDJ is a mobile and desktop application available on Android, iOS, WP7, OSX and Windows. beDJ was founded by four friends and himself with the goal of solving real world problems.
Clarke has a passion for all things technology driven and understands Internet and social media trends. Clarke is full of life, highly self-motivated and his devotion to any endeavor is unparalleled.
